Shipping

All our orders are prepared and shipped from Italy. To make sure you get your package by  Christmas , please review the following delivery information:

ITALY: delivery by Christmas is guaranteed for orders placed by 19/12 if the destination is Central / Northern Italy, if the destination is South Italy / Islands / areas difficult to reach, delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed for orders made after 15/12.

EUROPE / EXTRA EU: delivery by Christmas is guaranteed with standard shipping for orders placed before 16/12, with express shipping for orders placed by 19/12. 

The delivery of the products purchased on the website www.lefriulanescarpe.com takes place on average within 3 – 5 working days from the order in Italy and the EU and within 5 – 8 days for all other destinations, with Italian Post. DHL if chosen is a quicker offer, but the cost is higher.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays, events beyond the control of our team in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks for strikes, demonstrations, health problems; carriers do not deliver on 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 01/01 and weekends.

For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks.
